While I hope you love each of your items, I understand there might be an instance that you choose to make an exchange or return. To make this process as smooth as possible, please see the Wild Features Collective (WFC) Exchanges & Return Policy below.
WILD FEATURES COLLECTIVE EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY
WFC guarantees to issue exchanges and refunds for items that are returned within 30 days of receiving the items, and that are returned with their original tags, are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and without defects (see list of damages and defects listed in the “DAMAGES AND DEFECTS” section below).
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
WFC takes pride in providing our customers clean, beautiful and undamaged products. Items that are received back to WFC with damages or defects are unable to be cycled back into our inventory and resold, therefore we want to be sure that items that are exchanged or returned are in the brand-new condition that they were sent out in.
WFC will NOT accept items returned with defects such as:
Pet hair, makeup or deodorant stains, stains of any other kind or odors including, but not limited to pet, body or smoke odors. Customer’s that have returned an item(s) with any of the previously stated defects will receive only 20% of their refund amount.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
While most items may be exchanged or returned, there are a few items that will not be accepted for exchanges or returns in an effort to reduce the risk of health and hygiene concerns. See a list of those items below:
- Damaged items (see list of damages and defects listed in the “DAMAGES AND DEFECTS” section above)
- Earrings, socks, hats and hair accessories
- Items listed as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Free gifts
- Gift Cards
REDO EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Customers now have the option to pay $1.98 at the time of purchase to later qualify for free and unlimited exchanges for that order. At the time of exchanging, you will be given the option to select a new variant of the item you previously purchased if you need a new size, color, etc. OR you may exchange for a new item(s) entirely. If you choose not to make a new selection at that time, you will receive your refund in the form of a Wild Features Collective GIFT CARD as store credit. This credit will appear in your email inbox once your return shipment to WFC is in transit.
Didn’t check out with the $1.98 option for exchange protection during the initial checkout? No worries! – you are still eligible to use the same return portal to make your return and will be prompted to purchase a return shipping label at that time. No additional return fees will be removed from your refund amount.
Free return for store credit and free exchanges.
All return shipping labels become VOID after 15 days from label creation.

+What is Redo?
Redo is our built-in exchange and returns protection program. You will be prompted at the time of ordering to purchase the Redo exchanges protection for $1.98. This qualifies you for free returns for store credit and exchanges.
+ What items ARE eligible to be exchanged or returned?
Items with their original tags that are unworn, unwashed and undamaged and without defects (see list of defects below as well as in the Wild Features Collective Exchanges and Return Policy above).
+ What items are NOT eligible to be exchanged or returned?
- Pet hair, makeup or deodorant stains, stains of any other kind or odors including, but not limited to pet, body or smoke odors

+ How much is the return shipping fee for online purchases?
Returns for store credit and exchanges are free with the purchase of the $1.98 protection at time of purchase. The customer, however, will be responsible for shipping fees for items being returned for a refund to their original payment form.
+ Is the shipping fee charged for exchanges?
Exchanges are free with the purchase of the $1.98 protection at time of purchase. If you do not purchase this protection, you will be responsible for return shipping fees even if you choose to exchange.
+ How long do I have to return or exchange an item I bought online?
Returns and exchanges must be initiated and received by WFC within 30 days of receiving the items. If you choose to exchange your item(s), you will receive a return shipping label, and will have 15 days to ship the package from the day that you receive the return shipping label. After 15 days, the return shipping label will become inactive and will therefore void the eligibility of the exchange.
+ How can I receive a refund for my order?
If you have selected and paid for the $1.98 exchange protection, you will receive your refund in the form of a Wild Features Collective Gift Card as store credit. This credit will appear in your email inbox after the items are in transit.
Refunds for items being returned for refund to the original payment form will be initiated upon WFC receiving the items. Funds may take 3-5 days to be returned to your credit card/bank depending on the financial institution.
+ What happens if my return does not make it back to you within the 30-day return period?
Upon initiating your exchange or return you will receive a return shipping label. That label will be active for 15 days. After 15 days the return shipping label will become inactive, and you will no longer be able to exchange or return the item(s) on that exchange or return. This 15 day window allows plenty of time for your return to make it back to us within the 30-day return period!
+ Can items that were purchased at an in-person event be returned?
Items purchased at an in-person event are eligible for exchanges and returns under the same Wild Features Collective Exchanges and Returns Policy conditions as items purchased via our online eCommerce website.
